Asphalt

Tillicoultry Quarries Ltd operates five coating plants located at Tulliallan, Kincardine, Northfield, Denny, Tams Loup, Harthill and Clydebridge, Rutherglen.
These are state of the art asphalt plants offering a high degree of flexibility coupled with a production capability of over 1200 tonnes per hour.

These coating plants produce a full range of Macadams and Hot Rolled Asphalt products. Additional products include coloured macadams and asphalts, stone mastic asphalt and deferred set macadam.

Supplementary materials including, white lime chippings, red chippings and jointing compound are also available.
